Team Member | Cook | Shift Leader | Team Leader
We are an established Smoothie and Salad bar in the Hudson Valley offering quality, fresh products to our customers.
We are looking for a Shift Leader with outstanding customer service to work closely with our talented staff and management team.
Candidate must be:
- Able to maintain the highest standards of food presentation and sanitation.
- Must be a team player with EXCELLENT customer service
- Comfortable with running 8 hour shifts standing
- Must be a fast learner and operational in a minimum time
- Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
- Motivates employees and keeps a positive outlook
- Communicates and provides feedback to management
- Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and/or skills
- Managing shift schedules for team members
- Monitoring attendance, tardiness and recording absences
- Setting up machines and equipment
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Training new team members
